Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tricso platform at Tricso.in ("Service") operated by Tricso ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tricso is an online exam preparation platform for GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) aspirants. We provide access to previous year questions (PYQ), mock tests, syllabus browsers, and study tools across multiple engineering branches.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Tricso offers Free, Test, and Pro subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tricso platform — including questions, solutions, explanations, UI design, and software — is owned by Tricso or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

GATE question papers are property of IITs/IISc and are used for educational purposes under fair use principles.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our question bank
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to access the platform

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee specific results from using our platform, including improved GATE scores or ranks.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tricso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
